Our Staff

Leo Brogan

Leo Brogan began working in the profession in 1975 and has worked in the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.  He brings a range of specialist advice to his clients, especially in the areas of private client work using company and trust structures, where he can provide both strategic and managerial advice.

Leo has an array of professional and industry qualifications including a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Laws, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, as well as a Registered Company Auditor.

Katie Shum

Katie Shum has been in public practice for over 20 years.

Katie delivers relevant and consistent advice in bite size chunks to her clients in a broad range of industries.

Katie’s professional and industry qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, an Associate Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Chartered Tax Adviser with The Tax Institute.

Meagan Gibbs

Meagan Gibbs began working in the accounting profession in 1989, starting as an office junior before progressing through all positions within various accounting practices to her current role as Associate of Brogan & Co.

Meagan provides advice in a diverse range of industries and professions, predominantly in the areas of taxation compliance, self-managed superannuation fund compliance and management accounting.

Meagan’s professional and industry qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, an Associate Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Registered Tax Agent and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

The Indochina Starfish Foundation (ISF) is an international charity in Cambodia. Through education ISF aims at making fundamental and long-lasting positive changes to the lives of some of the poorest and most disadvantaged children and their families. ISF’s Education programme focuses on two communities in Phnom Penh, which the ISF Football programme covers a growing number of Cambodian provinces.
